Gastroenterologist Ekaterina Kashukh told how a full sleep helps to reduce weight.

According to the medic, lack of sleep enhances the appetite several times. There are many studies that prove that after a sleepless night a person wants to eat more and more often chooses harmful food. As Kashukh explained, the brain seeks to replenish the acute deficiency of energy. This, in turn, leads to overeating.

In a dream, the body intensively produces hormones responsible for the feeling of hunger and saturation. Kashukh called on strictly adhere to sleep and nutrition and control the size of portions.

“If during the day you suddenly wanted to have a bite, although recently you had a fully lunch, just drink a glass of warm water. In the event that after half an hour the feeling of hunger does not leave you, then eat something low-calorie, ”the Saratov 24 television channel quoted the Gastroenterologist.
