Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the army to carry out immediate, powerful attacks in the Gaza Strip, accusing the Palestinian organization Hamas of violating the ceasefire agreement, a press release from the prime minister's office said.

The armed arm of Hamas, the Al-Qassama Brigade, announced on Tuesday that it would postpone the handover of the body of the Israeli hostage scheduled for that day, explaining it by Israel's violation of the agreement. (PAP)
