Mikhail Khachaturyan was posthumously found guilty of abusing his daughters, producing pornographic materials and causing grievous bodily harm.
The Butyrsky Court of Moscow issued a final decision to Mikhail Khachaturyan, who was stabbed to death by his three daughters in 2018 on Altufevskoye Highway. Finding him guilty will prove that the girls were in a state of necessary self-defense, and their case may be dropped. This was stated by lawyers Yaroslav Pakulin and Alexey Parshin.
The two sisters were declared sane; the younger one was not aware of her actions at the time of the murder. Krestina, Angelina and Maria said that their father raped them for many years; this was later confirmed by an examination. 7 years later, the sisters are still under investigation – they are prohibited from certain actions. They try not to remember their father.
