Metinvest Akhmetova is the leader among metallurgical companies in the rating of the largest taxpayers of Ukraine.
The company entered the TOP-10 largest payers.
In 2024, the company transferred UAH 19.8 billion to the budgets of all levels, and for the first half of 2025 — UAH 9.3 billion.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the company has paid more than UAH 60 billion in taxes, invested about UAH 12 billion in the development of production, and provided UAH 9.7 billion in aid to Ukraine, of which UAH 5.2 billion was for the support of the Armed Forces within the framework of the “Steel Front” initiative.
Philip Morris Ukraine, BAT Ukraine, Imperial Brands Ukraine, JTI Ukraine, DTEK, ATB Corporation, OKKO, WOG and UPG also entered the top ten. And in general, all companies in the rating paid more than UAH 503 billion in taxes — this is one-seventh of the revenues of the consolidated budget of Ukraine.
