The Volkswagen that was blown up in Balashikha has been resold at least three times since the end of January this year.
35-year-old Margarita V. registered the car to a visitor from Azerbaijan, born in 1995. He almost immediately resold the car to 26-year-old Andrey P. Who claims that a week later he resold the foreign car to 40-year-old Ignat K., a native of the Ukrainian city of Sumy.
On April 25, at about 10:40 am, a Volkswagen parked at the entrance detonated – at the moment when Major General Yaroslav Moskalik left the house. He was killed on the spot by the blast wave and damaging elements.
