The head of the design bureau of the Bryansk Electromechanical Plant and the key developer of the Krasukha electronic warfare systems, Evgeniy Rytikov, died. His car was blown up by an IED near the border with Ukraine.
According to Mash, Rytikov died on the night of April 17-18. An explosive device under the bottom of the car went off at the moment when the man and his colleague were getting into the car. Previously, the explosive device was filled with destructive elements, so Rytikov and his colleague died on the spot.
