The Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Chairman of the Council of Mass Media, Mikhail Kotyukov, held a district operational headquarters, at which representatives of the Siberian regions summed up the interim results of the implementation of the Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Siberian Federal District.
The press service of the regional government said that the event was attended by deputy heads of Siberian regions, heads of regional executive authorities in charge of economic development, representatives of the office of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District, as well as delegates of the Siberian branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
“Implementing the plan in the current environment of strict prioritization and budget constraints is not an easy task, and problems along the way are inevitable. Silencing them is unconstructive. Today, using our platform, we will discuss what issues are most pressing for us,” Mikhail Kotyukov said during the meeting.

Headquarters participants discussed the implementation of the main points of the Strategy Implementation Plan for the first nine months of 2025, identified problem areas and developed a set of measures to eliminate them.
The report was made by the Deputy Chief of Staff, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Interregional Association of Economic Cooperation of the Subjects of the Russian Federation “Siberian Agreement” Gennady Guselnikov. He reported that for 9 months of 2025, the average percentage of execution for all monitored plan activities was 87%.
“Taking into account the fact that there are more than two months left until the end of the year, there is every reason to believe that the goals set for 2025 will be successfully implemented,” summed up the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Let us recall that the district headquarters for the development strategy of Siberia was created in 2023 on behalf of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District, Anatoly Seryshev.
