Some of Empik.com's customers receive e-mails with information about the possibility of obtaining compensation for delivery delays or order cancellation. There is only one month to submit the application, and the award itself is in digital form.

In the e-mail, Empik indicates that the action applies to customers who made purchases via the website between 2022 and 2024, but their orders were delayed (both at the shipping and delivery stages) or canceled. The information states that the company's actions are the result of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection addressing the company, but there are no details of this intervention.

Audiobook or e-book as compensation

Empik.com users who received information from the e-store can, as compensation, choose one digital product from a special catalog of 1,500 e-books and audiobooks. One customer, depending on the orders qualified by Empik, is entitled to even several compensations.

It is worth checking whether the message has not been sent to spam, as reported by one of our readers, so as not to miss the message.

How to submit an application for compensation from Empik?

In the e-mail, the user will find a link to the form that must be completed if we want to receive compensation. Empik also reminds:

Fill out the form with correct data, because only such an application will be the basis for compensation – we want to be sure that the compensation will definitely go to you.

The form will be available until November 10, 2025.

The deadline for submitting compensation is counted from the date of submitting the application and is:

  • 14 days when choosing a code for a digital product or a discount code (eCards),
  • 21 days for refund to the account specified in the form.
