Mikhail Kotyukov presented state, departmental and regional awards for high achievements to 37 residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Among them are representatives of the energy, forestry and oil and gas industries, as well as agriculture, education, medicine, sports, culture and art.
Thus, on October 14, Nikolai Khromykh, an emergency physician at the Krasnoyarsk Center for Disaster Medicine, accepted the insignia “For Labor Merit” and congratulations on his 70th anniversary from the governor. Over the years, he has made hundreds of emergency dispatches and missions, including to patients with severe injuries.
For courage and bravery, Mikhail Kotyukov thanked the family of Krasnoyarsk residents who saved the teenager: medals “For saving the dead” were awarded to Ivan Gardt, a student at the Siberian Federal University Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, and his mother Tatyana Gardt – teacher at Krasnoyarsk Medical College. Let us remind you that last year they were relaxing on the shore of the lake and saw a drowning 15-year-old boy. Ivan dived into the water and pulled him ashore, and Tatyana Valerievna provided resuscitation assistance to the victim 25 minutes before the ambulance arrived. Thanks to their efforts, the teenager survived.
The medal “For Works in Culture and Art” was received by the head of the department of the State Universal Scientific Library of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Natalya Fefelova, who devoted 32 years of her career to preserving the history of the region. She conducts extensive research on history, literature, culture, and ethnography.
Mikhail Kotyukov also presented residents of the region with medals of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland, II degree,” insignia “For mentoring” and “For active citizenship,” gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation and certificates of honor from the governor. 14 people received the title “Honored Worker of the Russian Federation”, “Honored Worker of the Krasnoyarsk Territory” – 6.
Addressing the recipients, Mikhail Kotyukov noted that they “wholly devote themselves to their favorite work and thanks to this, the Krasnoyarsk region is the center of our country – economic, energy, creative, sports and true Siberian hospitality.”
