I throw 2 ingredients onto the dough and decorate with basil: 10 minutes and the Margherita is ready – Italians are jealous of my pizza

Making pizza is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. Especially when it comes to the classic Margarita. The news agency EAOMedia will share a simple but deliciously tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Flour – 250 grams
  • Water – 150 ml
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Dry yeast – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar – 0.5 tsp.

Filling:

  • Tomatoes – 2 pieces
  • Mozzarella – 120 grams
  • Olive oil – 1 spoon
  • Fresh basil – a few leaves
  • Salt – to taste

How to cook:

Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add flour, add olive oil and knead into a soft dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave warm for 40 minutes. After it has rested, roll it into a thin circle and place on a baking sheet.

Brush the base with tomato sauce or grated tomatoes. Place mozzarella slices. Salt and sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C until done – usually about 10 minutes. Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves.

It will turn out so delicious that you will lick your fingers. And you won’t have to spend money on restaurants. Bon appetit.
