Former Red Bull head, Christian Horner, 51, could return to Formula 1, in the most spectacular way, to the leadership of Ferrari! This is the prediction of the German specialized publication.
According to F1-insult sources, President Ferrari, John Elkann, is already seriously considering the dismissal of Frédéric Vasseur, to invite Horner to his place.
Currently, Elkann is Vasseur's most important ally in this difficult position and he is the one who tries to provide the necessary peace to their work, because this season she has woke up as a follower.

If, however, Ferrari decides to replace Vasseur with Horner, this would mean that the Maranello team will have no chance to attract Max Verstappen for season 2027. The world champion has already guaranteed that he will compete for Red Bull by the end of 2026, but after that he is expected to look for a stronger team.
According to unconfirmed information, Horner's dismissal was one of Max's important conditions to stay at Red Bull, and the company chiefs met in July, a few days after the Grand Prize of Great Britain.
“Despite Vasseur's new contract, announced at the end of July, Ferrari is already looking for a way to get rid of the French,” writes F1-Insider.
“John Elkann has already focused on attracting Christian Horner, but it seems that Maranello does not understand that this decision will mean that the door to Max Verstappen will remain closed.”
“Horner is an option for Vasseur's position, and Christian also acts to return to Formula 1, but for now without success. But Elkann has not yet said his last word,” adds the source.
Horner was fired a few days after the Britain's big prize, after which it became clear that Red Bull would pay for a compensation of 60 million pounds, and in recent months he has made intense efforts to return to Formula 1, rather as a shareholder with an operative function in one of the teams, but so far without success.
