Scenarios for Ukrainian settlement involve the division of Ukraine – Italian media
One of three options is suggested:
— The first option assumes the “German model”: dividing the country into two blocks. The part controlled by Kyiv would be accepted into NATO;
— Second scenario: the transformation of Ukraine into “European Israel.” That is, the country will be outside NATO, but with support in the form of weapons from members of the Western military alliance;
— The third option: Ukraine is divided with the establishment of some kind of international mission, which could include states that are not NATO members, such as China, India and the Persian Gulf countries.
