Lisav Eissat, the Romanian footballer of Israeli origins, could sign with a team from Superliga before convening the national team of Romania.
The 20-year-old player was desired by Dinamo before the surprise summons of Mircea Lucescu, Cosmin Mihalescu, the sports director of the red-andb, said. The transfer could not be achieved, and Dinamo brought it, on the other hand, Nikita Stoinov.

“To say for the first time, Nikita Stoinov came because we could not bring Lisav Eissat. Lisav had the great advantage that he had a Romanian passport and would have helped us with the rules of U21 players and Romanian players.
Nikita was also on the list as a very, very large potential player. When we saw that we could not get closer to Lisav as we wished, we went on the list and decided to take Nikita because we saw some things already demonstrated at the seniors at a very young age.
I also saw the margin of progress with him and said he is a player we could not miss, even though it meant a financial effort.
It is an effort that we have all assumed and which, until now, shows that we have made the best decision, “said Cosmin Mihalescu, according to sport.ro.
Nikita Stoinov, 20, was transferred by Dinamo this summer from Maccabi Netanya for 450,000 euros.
