US President Donald Trump warned the Palestinian group Hamas on Saturday to “move quickly” and accept a peace agreement with Israel, otherwise new damage to the Gaza strip, according to AFP.

“Hamas has to move quickly, otherwise everything is possible. I will not tolerate any delay – which many consider inevitable – and no results in which Gaza again represents a threat,” Trump wrote on his Social Truth platform. “Let's solve this quickly.”

He added that he appreciated that “Israel temporarily stopped bombing to give a chance to issue the hostages and conclude the Peace Agreement”, although the Civil Protection Agency has announced that Israel had made dozens of attacks during the city during the night.

Hamas announced on Friday that he has agreed to release all Israeli, living or dead hostages, in accordance with the terms of US President Donald Trump's proposal to cease hostilities in Gaza, and expressed his willingness to go into negotiations to discuss details, Reuters reports.

In a message posted on social networks, the White House leader later asked Israel to cease his bombings in Gaza, in order to remove the hostages, considering that the militant group is willing to make peace.

Trump's plan specifies an immediate armistice, an exchange of all Hamas hostages with Palestinians held by Israel, a gradual withdrawal of Israel in Gaza, disarming Hamas and introducing a transitional government led by an international body.

Israel bombarded Gaza after Trump asked to stop blows

Israel attacked Gaza on Saturday, local authorities said, after US President Donald Trump has called for bombing.

Local authorities said Israeli attacks killed six people in the Gaza strip. One attack killed four people in a house in Gaza, and another killed two others in Khan Youis, in the south, said medical staff and local authorities.

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday morning that Israel is preparing for the “immediate implementation” of the first stage of Trump's plan for the release of Israeli hostages, following the Hamas response.

Shortly thereafter, the Israeli media reported that the country's political echelon gave the army to reduce the offensive activity in Gaza.

The chief of the General Staff of the Israeli army gave instructions to the armed forces in a statement to prepare for the implementation of the first phase of Trump's plan, without mentioning whether there will be a reduction in military activity in Gaza.
