I burned dinner, but saved the pan: I poured it for 15 minutes – the fiddle fell off without a scrap and tears

When the milk ran away, the porridge clung or the sauce dried at the bottom, it seems that the pan is easier to throw out than to wash. Throwing an hour, your hands are red, but the car is still left. Chemicals do not always cope, and hard sponges even scratch the stainless steel.

But there is a simpler way. Soda and hot water that are in any house are enough.

You will need:

  • Baking soda – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Hot water – to cover the bottom
  • Pure rag or soft sponge

How to make:

  • Pour soda to the bottom of a steamed pan.
  • Pour with hot water so that you cover all the fled.
  • Put on low heat and bring to light boiling.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the water and wipe the bottom with a soft sponge, the carpet will move away yourself.

Soda in hot water creates an alkaline environment that gently corrodes the burnt residues, not scratching the surface. Even if the fled was thick, after 15 minutes it turns into a light raid, which leaves in one movement.

This method is suitable for stainless steel, enamel and aluminum. Do it right after cooking, and the pots will serve for years, without black spots and scratches.
