Everyone used to eat oatmeal with sweet, but not always in the morning it is useful. And not everyone wants to have breakfast with something sugary, but I don’t want to eat fresh porridge. IA EAMEDIA will share an interesting recipe for really hearty oatmeal from cunning housewives.

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 200g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Tomatoes – 1 piece.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Ground turmeric – to taste
  • Thyme – to taste
  • Zira – to taste
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook:

Finely cut the garlic. Cut the tomato cubes. Grate the cheese.

In a saucepan, heat a little vegetable oil. Add spices and herbs, warm them for 1 minute to make the aroma. Put a tomato in a stewpan, fry 2 minutes until soft.

Add oatmeal, salt, pour in water. Cook for 5 minutes until the oatmeal becomes soft. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
