Ingredients:
- Oatmeal – 200g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Tomatoes – 1 piece.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Ground turmeric – to taste
- Thyme – to taste
- Zira – to taste
- Vegetable oil
How to cook:
Finely cut the garlic. Cut the tomato cubes. Grate the cheese.
In a saucepan, heat a little vegetable oil. Add spices and herbs, warm them for 1 minute to make the aroma. Put a tomato in a stewpan, fry 2 minutes until soft.
Add oatmeal, salt, pour in water. Cook for 5 minutes until the oatmeal becomes soft. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
