Six years, 108 falls and 4 complicated operations later, Marc Marquez (32 years old) is again a world champion in Motogp. The Spanish secured its title for the year 2025 with the second place obtained in the race for the big prize of Japan, won by his teammate from Ducati, Francesco Bagnaia.
The Spaniard began the race from “Motegi” from the third place, behind Bagnaia and Joan Mir, which he managed to overcome at the beginning, but lost a position in front of Pedro Acosta, who left the fourth place. Marquez spent the first ten tours behind Acosta, after which he attacked and overcome the KTM pilot in the third turn, in round 11.

Until the end, Marquez failed to reach Bagnaia, although, in the last ten tours, the Italian's motorcycle came out. However, this did not affect the rhythm of the double world champion, which has successfully reached the carrier flag and recorded a victory in the Land Sun, Marquez ending at 4.1 seconds behind him.
The podium was completed by another world champion, the title holder of 2020, Mir, for which this is the first ranking on the podium with the Honda team. Last time, the Spaniard climbed the podium at the Algarve's big prize in 2021, with Suzuki, writes Sportal.bg.
At the foot of the podium was completed Marco Bezzecchi, and behind it, in the Top 10, Franco Morbidelli, Alex Marquez, Fernandez river, Fabio Quartararo, Johann Zarco and Fermin Adeguer were ranked. Points from the race from the country of the sunrise also obtained Enea Bastianini, Brad Binder, Fabio Di Giannantonio, Miguel Oliveira and Somkiat Chantra.

In the general standings, five stages before the end of the season, Marc Marquez has an insurmountable 201 points in front of his brother, Alex.
On the third place, after his double victory in Japan, is Bagnaia, which is 66 points behind Marquez's younger brother and managed to distance himself to 32 points in Bezzcchi in the fight for the third place.
The MotoGP season continues next week with the Grand Indonesia's Grand Prize, on the “Mandalika” circuit on the island of Lombok.
