The Minister of Public Finance, Alexandru Nazare, went on Saturday to talk to the protesters who gathered in front of the headquarters of the Ministry of Finance. Nazare invited to discuss the representatives of the trade unionists, declaring that they understand their needs regarding the existence of a status and promising that each of the claims will be analyzed “thoroughly”, informs News.ro.

Alexandru Nazare is on Saturday, at discussions with the representatives of the Finance trade unionists, who organized a protest in front of the ministry.

“There are wishes that we cannot satisfy at this time, but it is important to have a dialogue and the change in the institution must be done in agreement with all the organizations and to build together. I understand the needs they have, I understand the need to have a status, but each request must be thoroughly analyzed and to see how many of these requests, I have to have a job. Start such an action the Ministry of Finance, so that we have a very clear record of the activity of each direction, to each individual.

Finance trade unionists have ten claims, including the correct financing for the operation of the institutions, without costs incurred by the employees, the realistic normation of the work and the insurance of the necessary personnel, the accelerated and efficient digitalization that will lead to the elimination of the papers and access to the databases.

Participants in Saturday protest said that they are doing this protest in a day off so as not to affect the work schedule.

Minister Alexandru Nazare was confronted with a protest in the ministry he leads on July 1, when dozens of employees interrupted the work as a form of protest against reduction of bonuses.
