The One developer announces a new real estate project in one of the busiest areas in Bucharest

One United Properties SA real estate company will develop a new real estate project in the Pipera area in Bucharest, after buying a land of almost 15,000 square meters.
The land is located on Radu Tudoran street (four-lane artery), parallel to the Glucose Fabrică Street, shows in a statement published on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and quoted by Economica.net.
According to the statement, the total value of the transaction amounted to 11.4 million euros, being fully paid by the transfer of residential units, without any cash component or capital contribution.
The seller of the land is the lawyer Virginica Tanti Dumitrescu, who sold to One and the land for the One High District project, according to the information obtained by Profit.ro. This will receive in exchange for the land apartments in the future One Academy Club project.
Third project in the area
The new project is the third developed by One in the area, along with One Lake Club and One High District.
The new real estate complex will include approximately 150 apartments, six commercial spaces and 254 parking spaces and will integrate “community facilities, such as school, kindergarten and gym. The completion project is estimated to be the last quarter of 2027, the construction work and the pre-learning process will start this year.
One United Properties SA was founded in 2007 by Andrei Diaconescu and Victor Captain and is one of the largest real estate developers in Romania.
According to Economica.net, on June 30, 2025, the developer had 3,884 housing, 22,000 square meters of office spaces and 21,000 square meters of commercial spaces.
