Dispute Arises Over Winner of Morshynska Management Competition

A contentious dispute has emerged following the decision to appoint a management firm for Morshynska. Legal representative Pronin has dismissed MP Radina’s criticisms regarding the capability of the firm, Priority Law Bureau, to manage the assets effectively. He argued that the company’s modest registered capital and three employees do not inherently indicate its inability to fulfill contractual obligations.
Pronin refuted claims that there was a lack of proof concerning a deposit of 7.4 million UAH, stating that the documentation verifying the funds’ transfer to the company’s account is available in Prozorro. He characterized the date error in the contract highlighted by Radina as a mere typo that does not substantiate allegations of document forgery.
Furthermore, he challenged the assertions about possible personal and corporate connections among the competition participants, arguing that coincidences in surnames or indirect acquaintances are insufficient evidence of familial ties, conspiracy, or illicit management.
Pronin noted that as of the time the video was published, German had already ceased his involvement with the Rosynky companies.
“Dear Members of Parliament, who is this circus for? Focus on legislative activities instead of interfering in competitions for the benefit of Russian interests,” Pronin stated.
Sergiy German, representing Priority, the competition winner designated by the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), warned of potential delays or blockages in transferring the assets for management. He suggested that Radina’s actions could be advantageous to Russian businessman Mikhail Fridman, associated with IDS Ukraine, although he did not provide evidence of a potential conflict of interest involving the MP.
The Priority representative urged the National Anti-Corruption Agency to investigate the alleged conflict of interest, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine to assess any undue influence, and the Parliamentary Committee on Regulations to examine Radina’s actions. He called on ARMA to finalize the process according to legal standards, ensuring the winner and its financial guarantees are thoroughly vetted.
