U.S. Offers Incentives to Russia for Ceasefire in Energy Sector

The proposals include unfreezing Russian assets, facilitating the sale of a stake in Lukoil, and allowing Belarus to export potassium. While Kyiv has not outright rejected these offers, it demands guarantees, particularly military assistance in the event of a ceasefire violation.
