Oleg Kiper has made history by becoming the first governor to receive a Ministry of Defense certification as a drone pilot. This achievement follows a comprehensive six-month theoretical and practical training course on operating the “Chaklun” drones. The certification was awarded by Colonel Denys Nosikov, the head of the Regional Command of the Territorial Defense Forces “South.” Kiper, now an accredited pilot of interceptor drones, will collaborate with military teams to protect the region’s skies from hostile threats. His commitment serves as a significant example of dedication to homeland defense, marking an unprecedented moment in regional governance.
