The Ukrainian Red Cross has inaugurated a Children’s First Aid Academy in Lutsk, aiming to teach children essential first aid skills to prepare them for critical situations and help save lives. This initiative was established by the Lutsk city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross with the financial support from the German Red Cross.
