A Ukrainian railway company, Ukrzaliznytsia, has stated that a diplomatic train transporting security advisors from various EU member states, including former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, was likely the target of a recent Russian drone attack. This attack struck a locomotive at the border between Ukraine and Poland.
