Authorities in the Kyiv region are investigating an explosion that occurred following a Russian drone strike, which resulted in injuries to five individuals. The incident took place around 8:10 PM when a Russian drone either fell or struck the area, igniting a significant fire and subsequent explosion.
As a result of the attack, one private house was completely destroyed, and seven other buildings sustained damage. Additionally, a fire truck and a retirement home were also impacted by the explosion. Investigators are set to examine the legality of storing hazardous materials on the premises involved in the incident.
