Gică Hagi Meets Mircea Dridea During Superliga Match at Ilie Oană

Gică Hagi, the head coach of the Romanian national football team, was spotted at the Ilie Oană Stadium during the fifth round of the Superliga, where Petrolul faced Rapid. Known as “The King,” Hagi took time to connect with Mircea Dridea, a celebrated figure in Romanian football, at the event.

Mircea Dridea, who is 89 years old, is a legendary player for Petrolul Ploiești, famously scoring the decisive goal in their historic 3-1 victory over Liverpool in October 1966, overcoming a 0-2 deficit from the first leg at Anfield.
