Nova Poshta Warns of Delivery Delays Due to Infrastructure Damage

Customers are asked to monitor updates in the tracking system and arrival notifications

Nova Poshta has responded to concerns from customers regarding delays in package deliveries. The company has indicated that these delays may be attributed to the destruction of central sorting centers and the subsequent reorganization of logistics processes. In a message, the press service stated, “We apologize for any inconveniences and thank you for your understanding,” in response to a user’s post.

In another comment, the company acknowledged “force majeure circumstances” that necessitated temporary changes to some of its logistics routes. To ensure that deliveries continue, Nova Poshta has implemented alternative routes and additional sorting centers. This means that packages may pass through interim locations that were not previously used in standard routes. The company emphasized that this is an enforced and temporary measure aimed at delivering packages as quickly and safely as possible, despite the challenges.

Customers are encouraged to stay updated through the tracking system and arrival notifications.

Context
