The club is in urgent need of €800,000 to address its pressing debts. According to reports from Gazeta Sporturilor, Varga has promised his associates that he will do everything possible to transfer this amount by Friday.
“Part of the debts has been paid, and we are awaiting the remainder of the installment. An additional €800,000 is needed in the near future. Varga has stated he aims to pay this amount on Friday. After that, only a monthly installment to ANAF will remain. There should be no further financial issues at the club, but it remains to be seen if he keeps his promise,” insiders explained to GSP.ro.
