Ukrainian lawmaker Serhiy Rakhmanin has expressed disappointment over the lack of meaningful mobilization reform in the country, stating that Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has not fulfilled his promises. Rakhmanin, who serves on the parliamentary committee for national security, emphasized that instead of a comprehensive reform, what has transpired are merely presentations, slides, and isolated ideas that have not culminated in a substantive reform. He pointed out that no significant legislative changes that could be classified as reforms have been implemented.
