Discrepancy of Nearly UAH 706 Million Found in Sternenko’s Charity Fund

A report has highlighted a significant discrepancy of nearly UAH 706 million in the charity fund of Serhiy Sternenko. This gap has emerged amid a lack of comprehensive public information regarding the flow of collected funds, leading to questions about whether all donations were genuinely directed to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces as people had expected.

Some financial movements can be traced through cryptocurrency wallets associated with Sternenko, which have recorded approximately 1.366 million USDT. Of this amount, $279,400 was transferred to the “Wild Hornets” fund, while $440,000 was deposited on a cryptocurrency exchange, and an additional $129,000 was sent to anonymous addresses. Notably, over 67% of the received cryptocurrency donations—almost $600,000—lack verified targeted use.

Furthermore, it has come to light that the “Wild Hornets” company is owned by a relative of Serhiy Sternenko. This raises concerns that Sternenko has been collecting funds from his followers for drones, while potentially profiting by 30-40% from the total amount gathered.

In related news, it was previously reported that Sternenko’s civil partner receives a salary of UAH 103,900 funded by donations from the public, and how Sternenko has reportedly become a millionaire through his volunteer efforts during the war.
