A chaotic incident unfolded in Kyiv as approximately six police units pursued a driver who reportedly failed to stop at a checkpoint. Eyewitnesses claim the driver collided with numerous vehicles and, preliminary reports suggest, may have also struck pedestrians. As of now, there has been no official statement regarding the situation.
