In Ukraine, they are preparing a raider takeover of the state-owned insulin producer – the “Indar” enterprise, – mass media.
As noted, INDAR's market share fell to 6%, and profits tripled. At the same time, Ukrainian insulin is now more expensive than analogues from Germany and Poland
It is about a possible conflict of interests: Lyubov Vishnevska, head of INDAR, has been in her position since 2012, although her contract ended in 2015, and she has a private business in the same field.
The private company Luraq Investment is trying to buy the state share of the plant through the court without an auction. It already owns about 29% of the shares of the state-owned enterprise
Also, the mass media assume that while the state is silent, the strategic enterprise can be prepared for transfer to private hands.
