FCSB's new right back? The French announced his transfer

Journalists close to the French club Grenoble Foot 38 announces the imminent transfer of right back Shaquil Delos (26 years old) to Romania. Most likely, the destination is FCSB.

Shaquil Delos, a right-back with great experience in the lower leagues in France, especially in Ligue 2, where he played 134 times, is packing his bags for Romania.

At least this is what the publication Grenoblefoot.info, close to the club to which the French footballer is registered, writes:

“From our information, Grenoble Foot 38 is expected to lose right back Shaquil Delos this summer. He won't leave on a free transfer, given that he has one year left on his contract. The expectations are that he will go abroad, most likely to Romania”.

Shaquil Delos, the French defender understood with FCSB? The French announced his transfer to Romania

Delos perfectly fits the profile outlined by Mihai Stoica. The president of the Board of Directors of FCSB said the other day to fanatik.ro that “we are bringing a right defender from France, we are understood. He comes from a club that has produced great players in the past”.

In another intervention, this one at PrimaSport, MM added that it is a transfer for money: “It doesn't come free”.

It comes from 12th place in Ligue 2

In the season just ended, Delos played 29 times in France's second tier, notching an assist for Grenoble, who finished the season in 12th place.

In the previous campaign, his offensive contribution was more significant: two goals and 3 assists in 31 league appearances.

Delos has only had one more experience outside of France, being on loan at Estoril in Portugal in the 2022/2023 season.
