Vankor is introducing domestically developed VR technologies for training oil workers

June 3 12:26

RN-Vankor commissioned a multifunctional training complex for training and advanced training of the company’s specialists at the Vankor field.

A modern domestic simulator provides a full cycle of training – from theoretical training to assessment of practical skills. Specialized software and virtual reality devices of the simulator allow you to practice action algorithms in conditions that are as close as possible to production conditions.

During training, it is possible to simulate various scenarios – from routine inspection of equipment and performance of basic technological operations to solving emergency situations.

Thanks to training on the simulator, workers develop stable practical skills needed on a real production site. The implementation of the hardware and software system ensures effective training of young specialists and advanced training of experienced employees. They have specialized training programs with complex technical operations.

The use of modern technologies at RN-Vankor increases the level of operational safety of production facilities and labor protection. The introduction of virtual reality simulators at the enterprise is aimed at creating a new training culture in which safety begins long before entering the production site.
