The Zheleznogorsk company mistakenly transferred 1.7 million rubles to its employee…

A Zheleznogorsk company mistakenly transferred 1.7 million rubles to its employee and was unable to return it through the courts. The man kept the money. He bought cars with them and donated some of them to the SVO.
Andrey got a job at the Aerostar MSK company as a blanker on a rolling machine. In the first month he received a salary of 17 thousand. And exactly a month later, 1,722,462.78 rubles fell with the note “Salary for December.” The guy immediately realized that it was time to get out and took sick leave.
When I went to work, I was called to the director. According to Andrey, they threatened him and demanded that he sign documents in order to challenge the transfer in court. He says they even tried to take the car away. The injury helped me fight back.
As a result, the company filed a lawsuit demanding a refund. Lost the trial. I filed a cassation – again it was missed. Andrey proved that the translation error was technical, not arithmetic. The accounting department got something mixed up and didn’t remove the extra numbers in the program. So, 1,722,462.78 instead of 22,462.78 ended up on the card. This means that the hard worker owes nothing to anyone.
With this money, the guy bought a Chevrolet Cruze and a Chevrolet Aveo, gold jewelry for his wife, and sent part of the funds to help LPR fighters.
