“Ukraine needs a fundamentally different labor policy” – Ihor Terekhov appealed to the government to prevent mass recruitment of labor migrants.
Together with other members of the Association of Front-line Cities and Communities, he calls for the priority to provide jobs for Ukrainians, in particular, forced migrants, veterans and those who decide to return home from abroad.
“We simply do not have the right to send a devastating signal to those people who still want to live at home: “Others are already looking for your place.” We have no right to leave without support those who remain in Ukraine.”
