The Romanian national football players trained today at the Mogoșoaia base under the command of Gică Hagi (61 years old), before the friendly matches with Georgia (June 2) and Wales (June 6).
While Farul was playing with its fate regarding participation in the Superliga next season, Gică Hagi was concentrating in Mogoșoaia on what he had to do in the training of the “tricolors”.

Only Andrei Burcă and Nicolae Stanciu were absent from training. Darius Olaru, Florin Tănase, Mihai Popescu, Cătălin Cîrjan and Vlad Dragomir, the last to arrive at the lot, did an easy run and prepared separately from the rest of the lot.
Hagi was very active during the training session, giving constant instructions to the players. Before the start of training, the name of the selector was shouted and applauded by the fans present in the stands.
After training Ianis Hagi gave statements and said that it is an advantage to work with his father because he knows him very well.

A day before June 1, the Mogoșoaia training base opened its doors to the youngest supporters of the national team.
The kids watched part of the training, got autographs and took pictures with their favorites.

Despite the heavy rain that fell before the training session, approximately 350 parents and children were present in Mogoșoaia.
Gică Hagi was extremely requested for pictures and autographs, just like Radu Drăgușin and Ianis Hagi, among the most wanted by the small supporters.
