“The club must move forward”

After the defeat with FCSBscore 1-2, Zeljko Kopic (48 years old), the technician from Dinamodiscussed his future in the Super League.

During the press conference, Zeljko Kopic was questioned about several topics, and the most important was the one about the possible departure from Dinamo.

Zeljko Kopic: “It's not the time to talk about my future”

“Congratulations to my team for what they did tonight and for the whole season! This is the second game we lost in extra time, after the one against Craiova in the Cup. All the games were successful, we dominated, we tried, FCSB had more experience and…

This is not the time to talk about my future, we have to rest and see what the plans are for the future, I still have a contract. I thank the fans for supporting the team, I thank them for the messages and appreciation, I have a lot of respect.

We have to see, the club has to keep growing, the club has to go forward, it doesn't matter if it's with me or not. I don't put myself first, there are many people who can bring security to the club.

It was clear that this year the team has grown and achieved some good things, now, with a good analysis we will reach some aspects that we need to improve. Everyone expects more from Dinamo, at the moment that's all we could do,” said Zeljko Kopic at the press conference.

It's a fair season, as we predicted, despite all the fears that by losing some players we wouldn't have been able to reach the play-offs. We aimed for places 4-6, we achieved the goal, but we remain disappointed. I could do more if I managed some situations better.

Dinamo certainly wants to be able to make decisions much faster, speaking of players. There were times when we stagnated certain decisions and maybe that led us to a lack of solutions. Even without great financial efforts, I could make some choices faster that I couldn't make before.

This is what we want next year, to be more structured in our choices when we want to transfer. We aim to bring something better than what we lose
