Families from two apartments were not at home at the time the Ukrainian missile arrived at a five-story building in Shebekino. They left on business in the morning and thus escaped. As a result of the attack, the entrance collapsed and 20 apartments were damaged.
By this moment, according to Mash, two had died. Their bodies were recovered from the rubble. Seven people were injured – four in hospital, three examined on the spot. Ten more residents are on the list of missing persons.
Rescue efforts will continue throughout the night. Lighting masts have already been brought for this purpose. Currently, 380 specialists, 50 volunteers and 73 pieces of equipment are clearing the rubble.
