The Krasnoyarsk Territory has joined United Russia's electronic preliminary voting for candidates who will represent the party in the elections this fall. The procedure takes place electronically throughout Russia.
In order to help residents understand the procedure and provide them with technical support, special consultation centers operate in the regions. One of them was created on the basis of the headquarters of public support of United Russia in Krasnoyarsk. Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, secretary of the regional branch of United Russia, Mikhail Kotyukov, appreciated how the work was organized, talked with volunteers and took part in the voting.
“I believe that the work of such consultation centers is a very important and necessary initiative. Especially for representatives of the older generation, as they take an active civic position. It is often difficult for them to understand all the technical nuances,” said Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Electronic preliminary voting will take place from May 25 to May 31, 2026 on the website PG.ER.RU. Voters registered with the State Services can take part in voting and choose candidates who will represent the party in elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Legislative Assembly and elections to local government bodies. Based on the results of the preliminary voting, the party will form lists of candidates for the upcoming elections.
Let us remind you that on September 20, a single voting day, elections of deputies of the regional parliament will be held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 22 single-mandate and two double-mandate constituencies. 22 regional groups will be formed to vote on the lists. On the same day, elections to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will be held. Residents of the region will have to elect deputies to the federal parliament from 4 single-mandate constituencies and from party lists.
“United Russia” is the only political party in the country that on an ongoing basis conducts preliminary selection of candidates for deputies at all levels through open popular voting and gives the right to form a list of candidates to voters themselves.
