On Sunday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Russia used the Oreshnik hypersonic ballistic missile in a massive overnight attack on the Kiev Oblast. This is the third use of this missile, which Moscow claims has the ability to carry nuclear warheads.
