Even though he qualified the team in the European cups, Daniel Pancu said that the separation from CFR Cluj is imminent. Without pronouncing the name of Rapid, the team that wants him, the coach said that he already knows where he will coach next season.

There's a very good chance it was my last match. Many conditions are met for me, in fact absolutely all of them, elsewhere. There are problems here, even if people insist that results have been achieved in the past under similar conditions. This cannot be possible much longer.

If I had not come to CFR then, the club would probably have been in a very difficult situation. Coach Pancu goes to a place where he doesn't make half an hour by bus and half an hour back to training. It goes where wages are paid by the hour and by the minute and the practice courts are billiards and have grass heating.
