Ukrainian businessman Serhii Shapran stated that the company “Budindustria-Service LTD” LLC, which he purchased, has no relation to the businessman Ihor Naumets, who is under the sanctions of the NSDC. Shapran explained that at the time of the purchase, the company no longer belonged to Naumets, and its activities were blocked due to tax fines. The new owner immediately paid off the debts – about UAH 9 million in taxes, which allowed the company to be unblocked.

“The company, since we have been related to it, has paid the full amount of taxes that were charged to it by the BEB in those cases. We have fulfilled all financial obligations to unlock her work,” Shapran emphasized.
He also emphasized that before the deal, he carefully checked the legal purity of the company to avoid any violations. Regarding the possible claims of Naumets on the assets, the businessman expressed himself unambiguously:
“He made his choice. If you are Ukrainian, stay and work here. When you decide to live “there”, you show your position.”
