Tax officials closed the company of Huseyn Hasanov. First, the accounts of Banda Foods LLC were blocked, but now that’s it for sure. According to Mash, the reason is the absence of a declaration and the blogger’s debt to the Federal Tax Service – 128 million 806 thousand rubles.
Banda Roll started in the spring of 2023: they launched delivery of the “most brutal and photogenic” rolls. But within a few months everything went bankrupt. The business suffered losses, with the benefit of lawsuits from abandoned partners. The courier service (contractors) is waiting for 645k rubles, and two packaging suppliers have already sued LLC for almost 150k rubles.
Hasanov himself was included in the honorary list of the Federal Tax Service with 153 million in debt. Now he is trying to pay it off (128 million left). Probably to avoid criminal charges, but a lawsuit from the tax authorities recently arrived in court.
