A fisherman from the Astrakhan region caught a giant catfish
A fisherman who was fishing in Akhtuba, Kharabalinsky district, wrote that the catfish was caught by trolling. The man had difficulty getting his catch – the catfish dragged him along the river for an hour.
The exact weight of the fish is unknown, but from the photograph it can be judged that it is several tens of kilograms.
By the way, sometimes these fish grow up to five meters in length and live for decades.
