
After long holidays, the body often asks for light but satisfying food. An excellent solution is a healthy salad with beans, boiled beef and plenty of greens. The secret of this dish: an unusual dressing that completely transforms the taste and makes it special. The salad turns out nutritious, but not at all heavy. All ingredients are simple, affordable and bring only benefits to the body. The dish takes only ten minutes to prepare, so you can make it every day. And thanks to its bright taste, it is even worthy of a festive table.
How to cook
Author of the culinary blog (12+) Lyudmila Plekhanova used a very small piece of boiled beef for this salad – about 100 grams. The meat must be cut into thin strips. Beef is best suited here, but if desired, it can be replaced with boiled smoked meat.
Then chop a large bunch of greens: dill, parsley and cilantro. You shouldn’t skimp on greens in this salad.
The main ingredient of the dish is beans. Lyudmila used ready-made red beans, one standard 400 gram jar.
Now you need to prepare the dressing. In a separate cup, mix three crushed cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of French grain mustard, the same amount of soy sauce and two tablespoons of flavored vegetable oil (the one that is used specifically for salads). It is grain mustard, according to the author, that greatly enhances the taste of the salad.
All that remains is to season the salad with this mixture, mix well – and the dish is ready.
