In Krasnoyarsk Preobrazhensky, the improvement of the public space “Preoles” has started, the mayor’s office reported.

Now the territory combines partially developed areas, which are already used for walking, and undeveloped areas with natural vegetation. First of all, contractors will clear them of overgrowth and emergency trees, and then level the land for the creation of pedestrian and bicycle paths, prepare a site for placing various objects.

By the fall, Preoles should have sports and playgrounds for children and adults, a pump track for fans of extreme skiing, and an obstacle course for training. Bicycle paths are integrated into the overall landscape. The territory will be comprehensively landscaped by planting trees, shrubs and perennials. A modern lighting system is also provided.

During the landscaping, the emphasis is promised to be on preserving and emphasizing the natural and forest character of the territory, thanks to which the microdistrict will receive a modern recreation area, organically integrated into the natural landscape, and meeting the needs of residents.

“All decisions were previously discussed with Krasnoyarsk residents – their opinion became decisive when choosing an object for improvement. Let us remind you that 32,038 people voted for the public space “Preoles” in 2025 – this is the highest result among all objects participating in the vote. Thanks to their activity, the territory was included in the improvement plan within the framework of theprogram “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”“, the mayor's office said.
