The footage shows a saboteur who planted an IED under the car of an officer of the Russian Armed Forces in Moscow. His face was caught on video, and the intelligence services are now establishing his identity.
According to Mash, the man is approximately 35 years old, wearing a baseball cap, black sneakers, jeans and a backpack. Everything was filmed around 2:42. A saboteur leaves a playground near the site of the explosion after spending 11 minutes there. Presumably, at this time he reported to his handlers from the SBU via video link.
