Land plots in Russia have risen in price by 25% over the year — analysts
The price increase occurred in most regions, the price of one hundred square meters increased to 243 thousand rubles. The cost of land increased most strongly in Kalmykia, Altai, the Tyumen region, Tyva and the Sverdlovsk region.
The most expensive plots were found in Moscow and St. Petersburg – about 1.1 million rubles per hundred square meters, in Dagestan – 810 thousand rubles and in the Krasnodar Territory – 684 thousand rubles.
