The blast wave broke the windows in the kindergarten, which is located 50 meters from the Nizhny Tagil five-story building where the gas exploded today. Rescuers are checking to make sure children and teachers are not injured.
The footage shows at least 20 residents of a yard in the Vagonka area. They went out into the street to help clear the rubble and provide assistance to the victims. One of the men can be heard shouting someone's name.
